Bill Sower recognized for wisdom in the world of education

All Star Staff Member of the Month

Mr. Bill Sower was recognized by Sovita Credit Union and Grand Blanc Academy at the Moral Focus assembly. Mr. Sower was recognized for his wisdom in the world of education over his very successful career.

As a wonderful way to end his long career as a special education teacher and school improvement consultant, Bill Sower taught at Grand Blanc Academy for the last three years. He is married with three step-children, two adopted children, one birth child, and seven grandchildren. He loves to hike on long nature trails and to kayak on fast rivers! He enjoys Indian food, science fiction movies, and boring books about education! The memories of his hundreds of students, their parents, and his colleagues will remain in his heart for the rest of his life.
